YOU Deliver/Pickup You deliver the computer(s) to IT Service Guy. Service is usually completed within 24 hours. You pickup the computer(s) from IT Service Guy. $49 flat rate Tune-Up $79 flat rate Operating System clean reinstall $39 / hour all other services

IT Service Guy Pickup/Repair/Deliver/Install IT Service Guy picks up the computer(s) and repairs them offsite. Service is usually completed within 24 hours. IT Service Guy delivers and installs the computer(s) onsite. Same rates as "You Deliver/Pickup" for all offsite work + $49 round trip charge (covers both pickup and delivery). Onsite service (if any) billed at "Onsite Service" rate with one hour minimum.

Remote Support + Telephone

Assist/Troubleshoot/Configure/Train IT Service Guy performs all services offsite via remote control of your Computer and telephone communication. $1 / minute (Must be prepaid in advance)

Onsite Service

Repair/Upgrade/Install/Configure/Train IT Service Guy performs all services onsite at your residence. Minimum one hour. Trip charges may apply outside of Salt Lake County. $79 / hour
